2020 Commercial Facade Improvement Program - Now Available

Big news everyone!
 
The 2020 Commercial Facade Improvement Program is now officially launched. Get up to $12,500 from the city on a 50/50 cost shared basis to make improvements to your building facade. Get an additional $2,500 for accessibility upgrades.
 
Eligible improvements include, but are not limited to: brick cleaning, restoration, doors, signage, windows, lighting, and masonry and wheelchair accessibility (emphasis is mine)

Don't wait too long as this program has limited funds and is first-come first-served.

Funding Now Available:

2020 Commercial Facade Improvement Program

Applications are now being accepted forthe 2020 Commercial Facade Improvement Program.  This program is available only to BIAs.

Property owners, or business tenants with the permission of the owner, may receive up to $12,500 to fund the cost of eligible facade improvements. Additional funds of up to $2,500 are available for accessibility improvements to achieve AODA standards.

Eligible improvements include, but are not limited to: brick cleaning, restoration, doors, signage, windows, lighting, and masonry and wheelchair accessibility.


Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
